toparme de bruces una inútil en la puerta tratándome peor que agente de migración, deberían quitar o mover a la bruta que tenían en la entrada (al menos ese día), prepotente grosera, soberbia, es de verdad molesto y da una muy mala imagen. fuera de eso, salvo que alguna otra enfermera y el animal de farmacia y cobro, no esta mal. Sus precios son elevados para muchos de sus servicios, considerando que ademas de la consulta, hay que pagar medicamentos.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ TEERIBLE ATENCION!!! Pedí cita el lunes pues estoy con mucho dolor por cálculos en la vesícula. Me dijeron que si no tenía síntomas de urgencia (se me hubiera reventado la vesícula) tenía que esperar y pedir cita. Pedí cita con la doctora Karen Ávila (gastroenterólogo) llegué a tiempo pague mi consulta les dije que tenía mucho dolor y me pusieron a esperar. Pues paso más de una hora Y NUNCA ME ATENDIERON!!!! Digo. Para que dan cita si no van a respetar el horario???? PÉSIMA ATENCIÓN juegan con la salud del pasiente!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mal servicio, llamé para hacer cita con el especialista, me dieron la cita y cuando llegué no me quisieron recibir que porque tuve covid pero ya pasaron más de 15 días, estoy dada de alta. Deberían de avisar sobre sus políticas al hacer la cita que porque no te atienden después de 1 mes porque nada más me quitaron mi tiempo y mi dinero.
Very bad service, I called to make an appointment with the specialist, they gave me the appointment and when I arrived they did not want to receive me because I had covid but more than 15 days have passed, I am discharged. They should notify you about their policies when making the appointment because they don't attend you after 1 month because they just took my time and money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nunca había ido, me recomendaron el lugar. En cuanto al filtro sanitario siguen todas las medidas lo cual me parece excelente. Necesitaba una radiografía de tórax y antes hablé para pedir el precio, me dieron que 250. Al preguntarme que porqué me la hacía les dije que porque había tenido covid y porque cuando hacía demasiado frío a veces me daba tos, pero que ya tenía mi prueba del covid negativa.
Me dijeron que por mi situación no podía pasar y que me la tomarían en otro lado.
Al final me cobraron 400, pero nunca se me avisó antes. Al final si establecen una tarifa están bien, pero si no avisan antes y solo cobran así no se me hace ético ni correcto.
