Que tipo de doctor sin hacer unos estudios diagnostica cáncer a una persona y quería operarlo al otro dia, se fue a recepción cobro su dinero y se fue tan deprisa que ni nos dio tiempo de preguntarle nada Terrible service!!!!! ??? K	Karla Gante on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aún les falta mucho por mejorar, no sólo la fachada sino la atención y supervisión d sus empleados, el policía q está d guardia en las noches van 2 veces q me atiende d forma grosera como si me estuviera haciendo un favor, la última vez regañó a mi acompañante por no saber q es un oxímetro afuera d clínica te habla horrible y dentro es súper amable. Cuento con 2 servicios d gobierno en atención médica pero prefiero pagar para q me den un trato digno y éstas situaciones hacen pensar q tal vez sea momento d buscar otra clínica d confianza. Ojalá hagan caso a cada comentario de sus clientes porque veo que ya son varios. Me siento muy molesta, no me merezco ese trato. Mi papá necesitaba una operación lo antes posible para tratar un cáncer y estudios de seguimiento - endoscopia y colonoscopia-. Las chicas de recepción tengo entendido que van varias veces que contratan nuevas por su pésimo manejo. También cuando voy para que me atienda la ginecóloga a veces ni se toman la molestia de confirmar tu cita.. La verdad tuve mala experiencia por ése filtro que es importante para seguir un tratamiento. Ni modo tuve que buscar otro servicio, creo que a muchas y muchos les ha pasado con la recepción. En fin mejoren en éso...
