Good medical care and imaging area. But poor organization in terms of the schedule of appointments in the medical area, basically they handle shifts, no appointment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Conseguir una cita con el ginecólogo Bernardo Reyes Loo es imposible. Tienes que llegar al hospital a las 7 a.m., hacer fila, apuntarte en una lista y esperar que llegue tu turno, igual o peor que en el ISSTECH o el IMSS. La secretaria te trata como si le fueras a pedir el servicio gratuito, no es capaz de agendar una cita ni responder el teléfono. Es un hospital privado, los servicios deberían estar a la altura y tener personal capacitado para atender a los pacientes.
Getting an appointment with gynecologist Bernardo Reyes Loo is impossible. You have to get to the hospital at 7 a.m., line up, sign up on a list and wait for your turn to arrive, the same or worse than at the ISSTECH or the IMSS. The secretary treats you as if you were going to ask for the free service, is not able to schedule an appointment or answer the phone. It is a private hospital, the services should be up to standard and have trained personnel to care for patients.

No tiene ni una pizca de cortesía o vocación por su trabajo.
Actúa como si uno les hace un favor a ellos por acudir a contratar sus servicios médicos.
Nos hizo perder tiempo.
Estábamos justo afuera del hospital.
Cerraron las puertas. Nos tocaba la cita, le estuvimos tocando y marcando al teléfono. Que al parecer esta de adorno porque la señora nunca lo contestó.
Prefuero buscar otra opción y no regresar ahí.
Aparte el baño dela zona de espera debería estar en buenas condiciones y limpio. Es un hospital. Pero parece un establo. Lodo por todos lados.

If I could I would only give 1/4 star. The gynecologist's secretary here.
He has not a shred of courtesy or vocation for his work.
It acts as if you are doing them a favor by coming to hire their medical services.
It wasted us time.
We were right outside the hospital.
They closed the doors. We had the appointment, we were touching and dialing the phone. Which apparently is decorative because the lady never answered it.
I prefer to look for another option and not go back there.
Apart from the waiting area, the bathroom should be in good condition and clean. It is a hospital. But it looks like a stable. Mud everywhere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me acabo de internar en el Hospital porque el medico que me operó tiene su consultorio en el Hospital pero esta muy feo y descuidado, me dieron una bata toda rota de desecho, las sabas todas manchadas, sin mantenimiento, por la noche se desprendió algo del techo, el aire acondicionado tiene filtración con moho, nunca me dieron Toallas y ni se diga de artículos se aseo personal, las tazas sucias y de pésimo aspecto. Las de dietas fatal habían tomado mal mis datos y me pasaron una dieta horrorosa que porque tenían anotado que era diabetico háganme el favor. La primera enfermera me ponchó 2 venas y me lastimo y nunca pudo canalizarme, hasta que llego un enfermero que lo hizo bien. Pésima la atención, y se supone que es de los mejores privados en Tapachula. Esta para llorar ese lugar, no lo recomiendo para nada.
I have just been admitted to the Hospital because the doctor who operated on me has his office in the Hospital but it is very ugly and neglected, they gave me a completely torn discarded gown, they were all stained, without maintenance, at night some of the Ceiling, the air conditioning leaks with mold, they never gave me towels and not to mention toiletries, dirty and lousy looking cups. Those on fatal diets had taken my data wrong and passed me on a horrible diet that because they had noted that I was diabetic, do me a favor. The first nurse struck out 2 veins and hurt me and was never able to channel me, until a nurse arrived who did well. Terrible attention, and it is supposed to be one of the best private facilities in Tapachula. This place to mourn, I do not recommend it at all.
