Las indicaciones que da el personal de recepción en cuanto a lo que se va a pagar y el servicio que se irá a recibir es muy clara. El personal de limpieza y camilleros muy atentos, salvo dos enfermeras que cumplieron con su labor pero uno al ingresar a la habitación no tocó la puerta y otra enfermera que no aplicó asepsia en el conector en "Y" para administrar un medicamento. En su gran mayoría si desquita lo que pagas por la comodidad que ofrecen sus instalaciones. La clínica tiene muy buena ubicación a pocos metros del boulevard Tepic-Xalisco, tiene acceso para sillas de ruedas y en la parte derecha de su fachada principal está el acceso para su propio estacionamiento de 15 vehículos aproximadamente.
