★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El miércoles lleve a mis suegros a consulta y la doctora Delia muy amable las instalaciones muy limpias y sanitisadas nos explico muy bien y el tratamiento que les dió los ayudo a mejorar bastante su personal tanto recepción como enfermería son excelentes y todo el tiempo sanitisan es excelente lo recomiendo mucho muchas gracias

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tuve una mala experiencia con un doctor q se llama Joel me cobraron 300 pesos la consulta y el doctor me dijo q mi niña tenía infeccion en la garganta y me manda medicamento q no era para infeccion Y yo se lo Di y mi niña no se curo y hoy la tuve q llevar a otro lugar porq de tan fuerte q tenia la infeccion se le inflamo un ganglio ???
I had a bad experience with a doctor named Joel, they charged me 300 pesos for the consultation and the doctor told me that my girl had a throat infection and he sent me medicine that was not for infection And I gave it to him and my girl was not cured and today I had to take her to another place because the infection was so strong that a ganglion swelled up ???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No lo recomiendo, super mala atención, teníamos cita a las 4 de la tarde con el geriatra, nos solicitaron llegar 20 min antes, llegamos puntuales y al 10 para las 3 paso a su paciente citada a las 3:15. Tardo como 45 min con esa cita, cuando por fin pasó la atención muy deficiente, le colocaron medicamento y sacaron sangre sin solicitar autorización, luego nos mandaron a tomar unas placas enfrente de la clínica (que seguramente son de ellos mismos). En general salimos muy molestos por el trato, no te ven como un paciente, sino como un cliente más. Terminamos pagando 850 de la consulta, más 400 de los medicamentos y 850 de las placas. Nada de empatia ni ética profesional.
I do not recommend it, super bad attention, we had an appointment at 4 in the afternoon with the geriatrician, they asked us to arrive 20 minutes before, we arrived on time and at 10 to 3 he passed his patient scheduled at 3:15. It took about 45 minutes for that appointment, when the very poor care finally passed, they gave him medicine and took blood without requesting authorization, then they sent us to take some plates in front of the clinic (which are surely theirs). In general we leave very upset about the treatment, they do not see you as a patient, but as one more client. We ended up paying 850 for the consultation, plus 400 for the medications and 850 for the plates. No empathy or professional ethics.
