★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Para agendar una cita por primera Vez, es super tedioso, si ya hablas por teléfono para agendar no entiendo para que te hacen enviar un correo y que te contestan después de 48 hrs!! la recepcionista o "Gerente" no es nada amable. una de las masajistas te dice que con ella puedes marcarle o mandarle un mensaje por cualquier eventualidad y te reagendar sin problema la cita , lo cual no es verdad porque te cobran 200 pesos, por querer reagendar, por todo quieren cobrar cuando tu ya compraste un paquete , si no les gusta atender bien a las personas que compran grupones no los publiquen!!!! ustedes son los que están poniendo una promosion y no veo por que el trato debe ser tan diferente!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La atención al cliente de este lugar vía telefónica y WhatsApp es lamentable. Compré un cupón y pedí cita y me contestaron super groseras y despectivas. Ahora a esperar a que me den cita y evaluar ella servicio del spa.
