★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recomiendo ampliamente la clínica, en especial al doctor Castro quien fue el médico que atendió a mi paciente de COVID. Su atención hacia el paciente y hacia nosotros fue excelente, nos explicaba puntual y claramente cómo iba evolucionando, tenían cuidados que ningún otro hospital nos ofreció, como colchón especial para evitar úlceras por falta de movimiento, le hacían lavados bucales para evitar la creación de bacterias, tenían tratamiento en los ojos para evitar infecciones, una persona 24/7 a lado del paciente y muchas más atenciones.
De verdad un excelente servicio y trato bastante humano.
I highly recommend the clinic, especially to Dr. Castro who was the doctor who treated my COVID patient. His attention to the patient and to us was excellent, he explained to us promptly and clearly how he was evolving, they had care that no other hospital offered us, such as a special mattress to avoid ulcers due to lack of movement, they made him mouthwashes to avoid the creation of bacteria , they had eye treatment to avoid infections, a person 24/7 at the patient's side and many more care.
Really excellent service and quite humane treatment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En Clinica.Torres.de Cuautitlan no.son nada profesionales. Tienen unas politicas muy mesquinas hacia los pacientes, te.sacan un ojo de la cara. Y NO TE DAN BUEN SERVICIO. Fui con un dermatólogo que.trabaja.en esa disque clinica, la nefasto el.tipo, no.tenia el equipo adecuado.para.hacer su.trabajo. Los doctores en ese lugar son soldados sin fusil. NADA PROFESIONALES. Pero eso si, NO LE PIERDEN $$$$. Por cierto, en ese lugar ya murieron dos pacientes, todo x la negligencia de esa clinica. Si.en.verdad usted se quiere NO VAYA A ESE LUGAR.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Por ahí dicen que cada quién habla de acuerdo a cómo le fue en la feria. Si bien es cierto que hay pésimos doctores, también existen los buenos (hablando de su servicio ofrecido) eso sucede en todos los lugares donde se brinda un servicio para la salud. En lo personal yo cada semana voy a la clínica con el Psicólogo Ramón Vázquez (llevo 2 años yendo) y es una persona que te brinda un trato de calidad a ti como su paciente, es amable, te escucha, te da ejemplos y sobre todo es muy paciente. Yo lo recomiendo ampliamente. Si necesito ir a otra especialidad lo haré ahí mismo y tambien dejaré mi opinión por este medio para mayor referencia.

Personally, every week I go to the clinic with the psychologist Ramón Vázquez (I've been going for 2 years) and he is a person who provides quality treatment to you as his patient, he is kind, he listens to you, he gives you examples and above all he is very patient. I highly recommend it. If I need to go to another specialty I will do it right there and I will also leave my opinion here for further reference.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio. Acudes por una simple gripa y la doctora la cataloga como COVID sin pruebas y te cobran mas del doble de la consulta general ($500 vs $200). Solo por una mascarita que se pone.
Hay mejores opciones.
Terrible service. You go for a simple flu and the doctor classifies it as COVID without tests and they charge you more than double the general consultation ($500 vs $200). Just for a little mask he puts on.
There are better options.
