★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy triste situacion el dia de hoy. Se me comunico por medio telefonico un precio distinto al que se me queria cobrar (9 veces mas) solo por ser internacional. No es la primera vez que realizo este tramite y conozco muy bien el precio para certificado de salud de mi mascota, es realmente frustrante pensar que crean que pueden estafarme.

It is not the first time that I carry out this procedure and I know very well the price for my pet's health certificate, it is really frustrating to think that they think they can scam me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pongo 3 estrellas porque siempre han atendido bien a mis perritos y los diagnostican bien también, las doctoras son muy amables, meticulosas y acertadas, sin embargo el servicio al cliente de las que están en caja y mostrador (no todas) deja mucho que desear, en especial una chica con acento extranjero pareciera que está de malas o algo va mal en su vida Personal pero no debería desquitarse con los clientes además no dice ni gracias ni el saludo da, y no es la primera que me toca, hay otra chica que también apenas contesta, uno llega amable y tranquilo y se va con un mal sabor de boca por este personal poco capacitado en el servicio al cliente. Si regreso ( que es poco probable ) es porque mis perritos están contentos y sanos Gracias a las doctoras pero para mi la verdad la atención también debe ser prioridad. Traten bien a sus clientes.
I put 3 stars because they have always taken good care of my puppies and they diagnose them well too, the doctors are very friendly, meticulous and accurate, however the customer service of those that are in the box and on the counter (not all of them) leaves much to be desired, Especially a girl with a foreign accent seems to be in a bad way or something is wrong in her personal life, but she should not take it out on the clients, and she does not say thank you or the greeting, and she is not the first one who touches me, there is another girl who He also barely answers, one arrives friendly and calm and leaves with a bad taste in his mouth from this staff with little training in customer service. If I return (which is unlikely) it is because my dogs are happy and healthy. Thanks to the doctors, but for me, care should also be a priority. Treat your customers well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esta veterinaria se ha vuelto de mi entera confianza, mi perro llegó en un estado crítico por intoxicación sin embargo, gracias a la pronta atención, los cuidados meticulosos y el apoyo de los doctores que están ahí salió con vida y avante de su problema. No tengo palabras para agradecer al equipo que estuvo al tanto de él y siempre dándonos informes sobre su estado. Si tienen mascotas definitivamente no habrá mejor lugar para atenderlos qué aquí!

Ya nos casamos con la clínica desde la atención tan excelsa a nuestro gatito con falla renal ❤ y ahora cirugía de rótula de nuestra pequeña. Mil gracias!!!
