Acudió con fiebre la cual fue cuantificada por la misma médico veterinaria, pero me dio un diagnóstico de rinitis, es obvio que un cuadro de rinitis no da fiebre, la volví a llevar no conforme, pero solo me agregaron para dolor abdominal (lo cual tampoco cuadraba ya que le referi que sus evacuaciones eran normales). Le sugeri un manejo para vias respiratorias con antibiotico y esteroide, pero no acepto, ya que no ameritaba segun ella. Les pagué su tratamiento caro y que no tenia nada que ver. Espere un día para ver como reaccionaba a su manejo, ya que podría ser yo el que estaba equivocado, aumento su dificultad respiratoria. Tuve que llevarla a otro veterinaria, donde cuantificaron una fiebre de mas de 40.7 y claro que diagnostico un cuadro respiratorio, comenzaron manejo antibiotico, su incompetencia le pudo haber costado la vida a mi perrita. No recomiendo para nada la veterinaria, por lo menos no para un cuadro agudo, ya que carece de capacidad de diagnóstico. Otra cosa, como me atrevo a sugerir algún manejo, porque soy un profesional de salud humana con dos postgrados y aun que no es igual, deberían de saber que un cuadro diagnostico es llevado por sintomalogia relacionada, no inventarte otra cosa que no tiene nada que ver.
