Al final quise preguntar sobre un problema de la piel y no se me informo que adicionalmente al servicio de corte y baño cualquier solicitud de información causaba honorarios y se consideraba una consulta. Poniéndome en una situación bochornosa al no contar con la cantidad . Sugiero que se capacite mejor al personal en el tema de atención de calidad al cliente. Y no dar por sentado que todos conoces sus servicios y costos. Eso faltó, atención al cliente, informarlo para que con conciencia decida si toma o no sus servicios en base al costo y su presupuesto para la ocacion.
My first visit was very uncomfortable. I went to cut and bath my pet. In the end I wanted to ask about a skin problem and I was not informed that in addition to the cutting and bathing service, any request for information caused fees and was considered a consultation. Putting myself in an embarrassing situation by not having the quantity. I suggest that staff be better trained on quality customer care. And don't assume that everyone knows your services and costs. That was missing, customer service, inform you so that you can consciously decide whether or not to take their services based on the cost and your budget for the occasion.
