★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El lugar está muy limpio y bonito, sin embargo las personas que trabajan ahi.. No te pueden dar información básica de nada! Lleve a esterilizar a mi mascota, mi mascota es muyyyy nerviosa y siempre está con nosotros. La deje todo un día, sin que me avisaran que al final no pudieron llevar a acabo la operación. Lo cual fue falta de respeto para nosotros y la mascota.. Ya que solo sufrió ahí encerrada en una jaula todo el día. Falta de profesionalismo. También la doctora parece ser muy grosera con los humanos.. Con los animalitos no.. Pero también tiene que tratar con nosotros los dueños. Tuve que ir varias veces y todas fue así..
The place is very clean and beautiful, however the people who work there .. They can't give you basic information about anything! Take my pet to be sterilized, my pet is very nervous and is always with us. I left it for a whole day, without being told that in the end they could not carry out the operation. Which was disrespectful to us and the pet .. Since she only suffered there locked in a cage all day. Lack of profesionalism. Also the doctor seems to be very rude with humans .. Not with animals .. But she also has to deal with us owners. I had to go several times and it was all like that.
