Y usted en vez de estar repeliendo los comentarios de los clientes como si sólo usted tuviera la razón, debería responder a las llamadas de emergencia con el mismo ímpetu que responde los comentarios acá. Pd. Debería agradecer que le dejamos cerrada su puerta que se abrió solita al tocar. Ah.. y si para atender emergencias hay que concertar una cita mejor quite su concepto de emergencias 24 horas. Marque y me contestaron de buena forma pero cuando les dije que sería la primera vez que solicitaba sus servicios. Prepotentemente me colgaron. Ya no me contestaron. No hay escusa de la discriminación que hicieron porque fue lo que mostraron. Realmente una pésima y horrible experiencia que viví con ustedes. Mejor especifiquen que solo atienden a cierto grupo de personas y eviten estos comentarios. Ok así fue. Llame por qué mi perro se puso mal ese día. Que si podía llevarlo por lo cual me preguntaron si era cliente y les dije que no por lo cual simplemente me colgaron. No me dieron ni informes, ni costos. No soy ni el que extorsiona, ni el que llevaba días con su perro malo. Fui el que quería llevar a su perro a consulta y por no conocerme me negaron el servicio. No dudo que sean Buenos, son profesionales pero la atención al cliente tiene que mejorar al menos haberme dado informes.
