★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cero recomendable, para empezar su anuncio de 24 horas es una mentira, ya que era domingo a las 8 de la mañana y no contestaban, que abren hasta las 9 así que 24 horas no trabajan, por otra parte llevamos a mi gato el cual ya sabíamos lo que tenía, solo requeriamos que le hicieran el procedimiento indicado, nos cobran 200 pesos para decirnos que ahí no lo podían realizar y que había que llevarlo a un hospital, con esto no me imagino como atienden las emergencias, hay que tener mucho cuidado en manos de quien dejamos la salud de nuestro chaparros, no confiaría de nuevo en la "atención " de estos pseudo veterinarios

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tengan mucho cuidado. Tenía casi 4 años llevando a mi perro a servicio de estética ahí, todo bien sinceramente. Pero hace como 2 meses, al recogerlo le habían rasurado una parte donde tenía una bola de grasa, lo entregaron sangrando e inflamado xq se la intentaron reventar. La cual estaba monitoreada con biopsia y todo con su veterinaria de toda la vida. Sólo lo llevamos ahí a la estética xq está muy cerca de la casa. Tuvimos que ir de emergencia a con su veterinaria a que lo curara, resultó en que tuvimos que operarlo xq le reventaron la bolsa que contenía la bola. A pesar de que entiendo que puede haber personal nuevo, me parece terrible que le hagan procedimientos a tus mascotas sin consultarlo antes contigo y que se atrevan a entregarte así a tu perro. No puedo ni imaginar todo lo que le dolió a mi perro. Subiría una foto pero en vdd estaba horrible cómo nos lo entregaron.
