★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ¡¡¡Pésimo servicio!!! 10 minutos ahí y la veterinaria nunca llegó, preguntaba todo por WhatsApp a la chica que está ahí atendiendo, la chica que atiende dándome diagnostico y ni siquiera sabían que llevaba ni porque estaba ahí.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La doctora del fin de semana atiende muy bien, sin embargo la otra es muy grosera, no tiene tacto con el cliente ni esta al tanto de la información que le daja la otra doctora apesar de que me cobraron carisimo ni siquiera me explilcaron los resultados que tenia mi perrita y ni siquiera la medicaron a pesar de que iva muy enefrma, solo estidios y estudios. Tuve que pagar otra consultaa en otro lado para que la atendiaran correctamente

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es buena veterinaria, pero me negaron el servicio de eutanasia, y mi perrita murió sufriendo, tan solo dos días después de su negativa. Deben respetar la decisión del dueño, al final sólo hubo 2 días de diferencia entre mi solicitud para dormirla y la muerte de mi mascota, y yo quise evitar esos dos días de agonía.
She is a good veterinarian, but I was denied the euthanasia service, and my dog died suffering, just two days after her refusal. They must respect the owner's decision, in the end there was only 2 days difference between my request to sleep it and the death of my pet, and I wanted to avoid those two days of agony.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Le falta muchísima capacitación al personal. No saben ni que es lo que tienen. OJO AQUÍ PROPIETARIO: la falta de capacitación de su personal mermará sus ventan en accesorios. No sabe ni con qué marcas de alimento cuentan ni teniendolas enfrente.
