★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En cuanto a servicio de medicina veterinaria no puedo dar mi opinión .. sin embargo como Estetica estoy sumamente enojada y frustrada lleve año perrito un shitzu llevaba su pelo largo de meses y efectivamente llevaba algunos nudos .. pedi que le cortarán en el Cuerpo pero las patas, cola y carita no quería lo tocaran ya que who no había nudos nada .. y me lo entregaron rapado al 100% le cortaron toda su cola y su chongo de su cabeza y toda la cara JUSTO LO QUE LES PEDÍ no tocaran !! No tuvieron el más mínimo sentido de estética !! Me lo entregaron tuzado y chueco el único pelo que le dejaron fue algo de las orejas y no si quiera intentaron cepillarla !! Estamos muy enojados ya que mínimo es un año para que le

As for the veterinary medicine service, I cannot give my opinion .. however, as Estetica I am extremely angry and frustrated. I have been a dog for years, a shitzu had his hair long for months and indeed he had some knots .. I asked that they cut him in the body but the legs, tail and little face I did not want to touch it since there were no knots at all ... and they gave it to me shaved 100% they cut all its tail and its bun from its head and all its face JUST WHAT I ASKED THEM not to touch !! ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me citaron a las 11:30 y llegué 11:20 para no hacer esperar a nadie. Se dieron las 12 y apenas me avisaron que el veterinario llegaba como en 15 minutos, me retiré de la veterinaria porque mi perrita estaba muy estresada a las 12:15. Yo creo que efectivamente tienen muchos clientes, pero a mi me gusta ser respetado como cliente y mi tiempo es tan valioso como el de cualquiera. No pienso regresar, a pesar de que me lo recomendaron mucho.
They summoned me at 11:30 and I arrived 11:20 so as not to make anyone wait. It was 12 o'clock and as soon as they told me that the vet would arrive in about 15 minutes, I withdrew from the vet because my dog was very stressed at 12:15. I think they do have many clients, but I like to be respected as a client and my time is as valuable as anyone's. I'm not going back, even though it was highly recommended to me.

Does not open on Saturdays, Google information is not up to date. The doctor has treated all my pets and has always given them excellent treatment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tuve una mala experiencia. Le pegó a mi perro con su celular en el hocico porque se asustó cuando mi perro le intentó soltar una mordida al revisarle la boca. En mi opinión no son maneras de reprender a un perro , me dijo que yo tenía que avisarle antes de revisarlo si él mordía, porque si a sus manos les pasaba algo me tendría que cobrar a mi. Dijo que sus manos eran muy valiosas. Desde que llegamos no fue ni atento ni amable. No deje que terminara de revisarlo. Mi perro tiene 12 años y es un Basset hound, lo lleve para que lo evaluara, porque dejó de caminar. Sí es huraño mi perro pero no es agresivo, no lo comenté, supuse que el doctor sabría cómo revisarlo, no lo tenía en mente.
