THE RATING IS BASED ON THE POOR SERVICE THEY GAVE ME IN THE BATHROOM AND THE HAIR CUT FOR MY DOG, A GIRL IS THE ONE WHO GIVEN US THE SERVICE, SHE LEFT THE DOG ALL DRESSED UP, AND I AM VERY SURE THAT MY DOG SUFFERED MISTREATMENT BECAUSE WHEN HE LEFT FROM THERE HE BEHAVED DIFFERENTLY, WHEN I CLAIMED, THEY ONLY GAVE ME A FEW PILLS TO RELIEVE THE PAIN AND THEY RETURNED MY MONEY, (MEANS THAT THEY ARE AWARE OF THEIR FAILURE IN THE SERVICE THEY GAVE ME) NOW MY PET IS MORE HOSTILE TO LET THEM BATH, PLEASE BE CAREFUL, IF THE PEOPLE WHO OFFER THESE SERVICES DON'T HAVE PATIENCE WITH ANIMALS, FIND A JOB IN ANOTHER SECTOR THAT MAKES THEM HAPPY, CUSTOMERS DO NOT HAVE THE NEED TO BE LIVING THESE EXPERIENCES, AND ESPECIALLY DEAL WITH THE CONSEQUENCES, FOR THEM WITH RETURNING THE MONEY AND GIVING A MEDICATION THEY WASH THEIR HANDS, NOW MY DOG IS VERY AFRAID OF WATER AND WHEN HE SEES HIS BRUSH...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ son los mejores veterinarios que he conocido, muy empaticos con tus mascotas ellos saben que son parte de ti y se preocupan por ellos como si fuesen suyos, lleve a mi perrito por un mal diagnostico en otra veterinaria y ellos le salvaron la vida. El precio de la consulta vale totalmente la pena ya que ellos te explican todo lo que tienen tus perritos, nosotros ya no vamos a otro lugar aunque nos cambiamos de casa y nos quede muy lejos no dudamos en ir con ellos porque sabemos que siempre nos regresaran sanos y salvos a nuestros pequeños <3
They are the best veterinarians I have ever met, very empathetic with your pets, they know that they are part of you and they care about them as if they were their own, I took my puppy to another veterinarian due to a misdiagnosis and they saved his life. The price of the consultation is totally worth it since they explain everything that your puppies have, we no longer go to another place even if we moved house and we are very far away, we do not hesitate to go with them because we know that they will always come back to us safe and sound to our little ones <3

Mi familia está sumamente agradecida con el pues desde la primer perrita que llevó mi mamá hace casi 40 años que estaba muy grave y que otro médico sugirió dormirla hasta el resto de nuestras mascotas siempre los ha sacado adelante en momentos críticos de salud. Además su empatía y honestidad son únicas. Si pudiera darle mil estrellas, lo haría.
