★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El modo y la forma son amables pero la atención profesional casi nula, pocas veces esta el médico veterinario, siempre se le ve con prisa y no organizado, las pasantes no es su culpa pero le preguntan todo por teléfono y al final sales insatisfecho porque no es un lugar donde quedes seguro que tú mascota fue bien atendida .
 The manner and form are friendly but the professional attention is almost non-existent, the veterinarian is rarely there, he is always seen in a hurry and not organized, the interns are not his fault but they ask him everything on the phone and in the end you leave unsatisfied because not It is a place where you can be sure that your pet was well cared for.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lleve a mi perrita Hope enferma del estómago, le doy sólo cuatro estrellas por que te atienden unas niñas (yo creo que son estudiantes) y el veterinario solo te atiende por teléfono, mi perrita se compuso pero tardo varios días, pensé en llevarla con otro doctor, a final si se compuso pero quedó deshidratada del vomito, si quieres que tu chiquito se componga rápido y no sufra, definitivamente ese no es el lugar.
I took my dog Hope with a stomach illness, I give her only four stars because some girls take care of you (I think they are students) and the vet only takes care of you by phone, my dog made up but it took several days, I thought about taking her with another Doctor, in the end if she was made up but she was dehydrated from vomiting, if you want your little one to get over it quickly and not suffer, this is definitely not the place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ De verdad que inconcebible la ineptitud del "doctor" que trabaja ahí, lleve a mi perro por problemas estomacales y salió con una fibrosis muscular por medicamento mal inyectado, muy amables si claro, pero con lo que a profesionalismo se refiere son muy deficientes, para empezar el doctor ni siquiera está y sólo receta por teléfono, obvio no es lo mismo revisar al perro tu mismo y recetar con base a eso y cuando quise ir a qué al menos arreglará lo que habían hecho ya nunca estuvo para dar la cara, pues que casualidad, en verdad que muy poco recomendable y sólo pongo una estrella para poder dejar mi opinión porque ni eso se merecen en este lugar.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La practicante o dra que está en el momento, la verdad no revisó bien a nuestra mascota, ya no recuerdo bien su nombre pero creo que es Tania, no me explico nada, todo tenia que preguntarle para que me diera una respuesta, se iba a otro consultorio a preguntar al dueño de la veterinaria y el jamás salió de ese consultorio lo cual lo vimos mal, pues ya que es el encargado el bien hubiera podido salir a atendernos, la señorita,, solo dijo necesita tal vacuna y desparacitacion, la cual la verdad no le funcionó, cambie de veterinaria y nuestro perrito está mejor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bonito lugar aunque sus precios son altos y sobre todo el personal que está allí son 3 muchachitos que de los tres no se hace uno pues todo lo preguntan al veterinario el cual brilla por su esencia, lleve a la estética y baño a mi mascota y no le cortaron las uñas, no pusieron loción, no limpiaron sus orejas y no la pelaron del todo bien mi opinión es lo más real y sincera no tengo nada contra nadie pero creo que pagar por un servicio en cualquier parte u de cualquier tipo es eso recibir al menos UN BUEN servicio

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi perrito regresó con cortadas en su orejita despues de que lo lleve a que le cortaran el pelo y no son rasguñós son cortadas rectas echas con la tijera, y a parte se tardaron 3 horas mas de lo acordado en regresarmelo. No lleven a sus perritos aquí
My puppy came back with cuts in his ear after I took him to have his hair cut and they are not scratches, they are straight cuts made with scissors, and in addition it took 3 hours longer than agreed to return it to me. Don't take your little dogs here
