Very bad service, on February 25, I took my dog ​​to a consultation for an upset stomach, and the "doctor" told us that it was a parasitic disease but that another day she would be fine, he dewormed her and injected her, the next day my baby still did not eat with fatigue, vomiting and diarrhea continued, the doctor had not given us an appointment but still I went with her for a second check-up, in which she indicated that she would be fine, she injected her again and gave me more medication, I told her if I could give her serum, because she had no food and she told me that ahh yes, that would make her well, that day at night my Dog did not have a good night, because she already had a cough, vomiting and diarrhea no It gave way and now I had a type of reflux, I called the "vet" who never answered me when he had told me that he would be available for any emergency, even so I insisted on calling him and sending him whatsapp and he did not respond if not until 5 o'clock Saturday afternoon, and only told me that it was time to buy r more medications and to give him omeprazole and buy him a liquid food to give him, which he did not sell me, and he told me that with that he would be fine, I believed him and it was the worst thing I could do, I wanted to believe that I was really well cared for, I started looking for the food that he had indicated and I found it at another vet, the vet told me why I was looking for it and I told him what was happening with my little girl, he was very surprised when he heard the medications that they had prescribed and she told me that it was wrongly prescribed that she was waiting for me to act as soon as possible, since she had already gone 3 days without eating and that it was urgent, (the footprint vet told me previously that she would be fine, that she was going to eat and she did not receive me) so on the way my little one started to get sick I hurried to get there but my little girl did not resist any more and died in my arms. To this day I am still waiting for the "vet" to ask as follows, because according to him she was the priority.
