★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La veterinaria es un lugar agradable para las mascotas, el trato de los médicos es excelente. Llevo desde hace años a mis mascotas y NUNCA han recibido un mal trato.
Soy testigo de su profesionalismo y la responsabilidad con la que tratan a los animalitos. Y en caso de cualquier eventualidad por pequeña que sea, siempre se hacen responsables y dan seguimiento a ella.
La calidad del trato de los médicos como de las instalaciones y la atención es excelente.
No se dejen impresionar por personas que hacen comentarios sensibles, pues tengo entendido que la clínica se responsabilizó de la condición del animalito, pero las personas siempre quieren sacar ventaja.
Es un excelente lugar para cuidar a nuestros animalitos

Do not be impressed by people who make sensitive comments, as I understand that the clinic took responsibility for the condition of the animal, but people always want to take advantage.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, para un baño se tardan en darte a tu mascota + de 7 horas y no te dan explicación alguna, aun con cita previa hecha por teléfono. Me entregaron a mi perrito y lo tuve que llevar de urgencia a los 20 min porque comenzó a vomitar, entro a cirugía y no sobrevivió. ?
Es increíble que una cita para bañarlo terminara en esta horrible situación simplemente por no darle la atención a nuestro amigo y tiempo a las citas establecidas.
NO LO RECOMIENDO EN LO ABSOLUTO, ES LA PEOR EXPERIENCIA QUE HEMOS TENIDO! ?
Terrible service, for a bath they take more than 7 hours to give your pet and they do not give you any explanation, even with a prior appointment made by phone. They gave me my puppy and I had to take him urgently after 20 minutes because he started vomiting, went into surgery and did not survive. ?
It is incredible that a bathing appointment ended up in this horrible situation simply by not giving our friend attention and time to the established appointments.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT AT THE ABSOLUTE, IT IS THE WORST EXPERIENCE WE HAVE EVER HAD! ?
