★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La peor veterinaria que existe en la zona. La "doctora" nada profesional, no nos atendía por estar chateando en el teléfono y al irnos siguió haciendo lo mismo. No lleven a sus mascotas, no tiene vocación de servicio.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eviten traer a sus mascotas aquí, no hacen nada por ellas, te venden medicina que no servirá, te hacen pagar estudios que no sirven, y al final te dicen que el animal estaba destinado a fallecer. Si pueden busquen algún otro lugar, esta de aquí no sirve.
Avoid bringing your pets here, they do nothing for them, they sell you medicine that will not work, they make you pay for studies that do not work, and in the end they tell you that the animal was destined to die. If you can find some other place, this here is useless.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atención mediocre, los empleados no están bien capacitados, no informan bien sobre los procedimientos quirúrgicos, a mi gato le pidieron 12 horas de ayuno para la cirugía y lo terminaron operando al día siguiente que lo recibieron, en la clínica de Tlalpizáhuac. Pasó más de un día sin comer, o el ayuno fue en balde, cero organización. Vayan al Sivet mejor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Llevé a mí perro por qué lloraba y no sabía que tenía, pero solo lo inyectaron para aliviar el dolor. Nunca supieron lo que tenía. A la siguiente cita lo llevo y nadamás le tocan su pelaje y dicen que tiene temperatura, para esto yo le lleve cargando a plena luz del sol, sin mejorar su estado de salud. Acudí a otro veterinario cerca del polivalente de ayotla, lo revisaron, le tomaron la temperatura con un termómetro y le dieron el medicamento correspondiente a mí perro. Hasta el día de hoy mostró mejoras y ya está más activo.
Lo que me molestó de la clínica es que sólo inyectan por inyectar sin saber ni siquiera hacer un buen diagnóstico. No recomiendo acudir al koko bongo.

I went to another vet near the multi-purpose ayotla, they checked him, took his temperature with a thermometer and gave him the corresponding medicine for my dog. Until today it has shown improvements and is already more active.
What bothered me about the clinic is that they only inject by injecting without even knowing how to make a good diagnosis. I do not recommend going to the koko bongo.
