★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Médicamente son buenos. Al menos saben y dan soluciones por eso no hay tema. Administrativamente, son pésimos, no hay un orden de atención, tomas un boleto y como en el seguro, tienes que preguntar quién es el último, 1 hora y media de espera por este mismo sistema. No te preguntan a qué vas solo es toma tu turno y esperar, cuando pueden dar información desde que llegas o preguntas. No hay nadie que te reciba, solo es que esperes y esperes. Mi experiencia fue de esperar 2 horas para un tratamiento y me dijeron que no podían dármelo en ese momento. Llegan personas que ya son de tiempo y ellos no hacen fila, pasan por ser conocidos y los demás a esperar.
Medically they are good. At least they know and give solutions that's why there is no issue. Administratively, they are lousy, there is no order of attention, you take a ticket and as in insurance, you have to ask who is the last one, 1 hour and a half of waiting for this same system. They don't ask you what you're going for, it's just take your turn and wait, when they can give you information as soon as you arrive or ask questions. There is no one to receive you, you just have to wait and wait. My experience was waiting 2 hours for a treatment and was told that they couldn't give it to me at that time. People who already have time arrive and they don't stand in line, they pass as acquaintances and the others wait.
