★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fue la única vez que decidí tratar a uno de mis gatos de una veterinaria diferente a la que suelo ir y este murió. Realmente trato de ser lo más sensato posible y no dar culpables, pero la mala calificación es porque se les proporcionó dos números, y jamás fueron capaces de darnos aviso de qué medicamentos se le administraban, o que proceso estaba llevando (tampoco había un registro escrito), por lo que no tengo una idea real de que es lo que estuvieron haciendo, todo esto en un lapso de más de 24 horas. Tengo la sensación de que solo dos de ellos (X mucho) son veterinarios y el resto esta ¿En formación?
El descuido no queda ahí, el personal ni siquiera tenía una idea real de la hora en que murió mi amigo, fue un aproximado demasiado general y vano, dudo demasiado que tengan el tiempo (y quizá el equipo) para la hospitalización animal.
Si observan a sus amigos muy MUY enfermos, la mejor recomendación que daría desde mi experiencia sería internarlos en un hospital de mascotas (CDMX seguramente)(Aunque se debe de tener un alto presupuesto) de no ser así la mejor opción sería buscar el lugar más apto posible, el número de estrellas podría ser un buen indicativo (aunque no definitivo).
Una vez más, no responsabilizo a nadie de la muerte de mi querido compañero, se con certeza que no deseaban un desenlace trágico, pero definitivamente sí evidencio su ineficacia en cuando a este servicio.
Para lo único que recomendaría el lugar sería; vacunación, quizá esterilización, estética y compras de accesorios, y en casos muy extremos con emergencias que no den suficiente tiempo para hacer un viaje a la metrópoli.

I really try to be as sensible as possible and not to blame, but the bad rating is because they were given two numbers, and they were never able to give us notice of what medications they were being administered, or what process they were going through (there was also no written record ), so I have no real idea what they were doing, all this in a span of more than 24 hours. I have the feeling that only two of them (X a lot) are veterinarians and the rest are in training?
The carelessness does not stop there, the staff did not even have a real idea of the time my friend died, it was too general an approximate and vain, I doubt too much that they have the time (and perhaps the equipment) for animal hospitalization.
If you observe your friends who are very VERY sick, the best recommendation I would give from my experience would be to admit them to a pet hospital (CDMX surely) (Although you must have a high budget), if not, the best option would be to look for the most suitable place. apt possible, the number of stars could be a good indication (although not definitive).
Once again, I do not hold anyone responsible for the death of my dear colleague, I know for sure that they did not want a tragic outcome, but it definitely showed their ineffectiveness in terms of this service.
For the only thing I would recommend the place would be; vaccination, perhaps sterilization, aesthetics and accessories purchases, and in very extreme cases with emergencies that do not give enough time to make a trip to the metropolis.
