★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En lo personal acompañe a la hermana de mi novia y la percepción es q no son muy acertados sus diagnósticos profesionales, pierden mucho el tiempo en ir adivinando y descartando posibilidades para poder dar un diagnostico marcan como algo normal situaciones q no lo son, te quieren referir a un hospital de mascotas cuando de plano ya no saben q es o q hacer. Para las urgencias tardan mucho prometen un horario y pasa más de 1 hr para q ellos lleguen cuando en lo personal la vida de una mascota es igual de importante q cualquier vida. Recomendarlo...mmm.... tal vez para cosas simples pero para situaciones especiales o delicadas no creo q tengan la preparación adecuada....

For emergencies they take a long time, they promise a schedule and it takes more than 1 hour for them to arrive when personally the life of a pet is just as important as any life. Recommend it ... mmm ... maybe for simple things but for special or delicate situations I don't think they have the proper preparation ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cambiaron de personal y los supuestos veterinarios le dieron un desparasitante y empezó con hipo, ellos dijeron que no eran los médicos responsables. Y al llevar a mi perrita a otro veterinario dijeron que por ser tan pequeña no le podían dar desparasitante en líquido ya que se le puede ir por la tráquea y fallecer y en este veterinario le dieron el desparasitante en líquido.
PÉSIMO SERVICIO busquen otro lugar donde puedan atender bien a sus mascotas.
They changed staff and the so-called vets gave him a dewormer and he started hiccuping, they said they weren't the doctors responsible. And when I took my dog to another vet, they said that because she was so small, they couldn't give her a liquid dewormer because it could go down her trachea and die, and at this vet they gave her a liquid dewormer.
AWFUL SERVICE look for another place where you can take good care of your pets.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tengo unos 10 años llevando a mis mascotas a éste consultorio y tanto el servicio como los Médicos son excelentes, son los doctores de cabecera de todos mis niños, siempre acertados en sus diagnósticos, y extremadamente empáticos, cariñosos, cuidadosos y amorosos con los bebeshitos.
I have been taking my pets to this office for about 10 years and both the service and the Doctors are excellent, they are the main doctors of all my children, always correct in their diagnoses, and extremely empathic, affectionate, careful and loving with the little babies.

Llevé a mi perro por que tiene epilepsia y tuvo complicaciones, pensamos que ya no la iba a librar pero lo sacaron adelante y ya está mucho mejor. Mejorando cada día. A parte no se pasan con los precios y más ahorita que son momentos difíciles. Son amables y te explican todo con gusto.
Super recommended, very professional, human and accessible. I took my dog because he has epilepsy and had complications, we thought that he was not going to get rid of it but they got him out and he is much better now. Improving every day. Besides, they don't go overboard with prices and even more so now that these are difficult times. They are friendly and explain everything with pleasure.
