Nuestra perrita se enfermó tres días después de adoptarla y acá la recibieron de urgencia, se quedó hospitalizada y logró recuperarse. Siempre nos tratan con respeto y el Dr. Raúl es muy profesional.
Hace unos meses la trajimos a esterilizar y de nuevo nos fue muy bien. La cicatriz le quedó excelente y se recuperó muy rápido con las recomendaciones y recetas que nos dieron.
A pesar de que vivimos a casi 30 min de esta veterinaria, siempre hacemos el esfuerzo de venir porque confiamos en el equipo para que cuide de nuestra perrita.
I have been to this vet several times in the last year and we have only had good experiences. Our dog got sick three days after adopting her and here they received her urgently, she was hospitalized and managed to recover. They always treat us with respect and Dr. Raúl is very professional.
A few months ago we brought her in for sterilization and it went very well again. The scar was excellent and he recovered very quickly with the recommendations and recipes that they gave us.
Even though we live almost 30 minutes from this vet, we always make the effort to come because we trust the team to take care of our dog.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A mí perrita me la atropellaron y la operaron le pusieron clavos y le dimos seguimiento y se recuperó con los cuidados y con las revisiones que tuvo y nos trataron muy bien todo muy excelente
They ran over my dog and they operated on her, they put nails on her and we followed up on her and she recovered with the care and check-ups she had and they treated us very well, all very excellent

Consulté varias veces con él ya que mi perro estaba presentando un olor muy intenso y sangrado en su cola, no quiso atenderlo de forma adecuada, incluso aunque le pregunté si sería necesario dados los síntomas que presentaba, a lo cual sólo me respondió que no era gran cosa. Tuve que llevarlo a otro veterinario, donde encontraron que tenía una infección avanzada a causa de una mala evacuación de sus glándulas, presentaba fístulas, lo que provocaba el sangrado.
No recomiendo éste veterinario, no sólo fue poco profesional, sino que fue negligente, la infección de mi perro pudo haber sido menos grave si el hubiera tomado enserio su sintomatología.
The Doctor was negligent with my dog. I consulted with him several times since my dog was presenting a very intense smell and bleeding in his tail, he did not want to attend to it properly, even though I asked him if it would be necessary given the symptoms he presented, to which he only replied that it was not Big Deal. I had to take him to another vet, where they found that he had an advanced infection due to poor evacuation of his glands, he had fistulas, which caused bleeding.
I do not recommend this vet, not only was he unprofessional, but he was negligent, my dog's infection could have been less serious if he had taken his symptoms seriously.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mal servicio , le hicieron un ultrasonido a mi perrita y primero dijeron un precio y luego fue otro , después nunca mencionaron que lleváramos un usb o dvd para grabar el estudio , entonces no entregaron nada y como ahí no la podía operar fuimos a otro veterinario y tuvimos que pagarle de nuevo el ultrasonido .
Así que solo gastamos en vano .
Bad service, they did an ultrasound on my dog and first they said one price and then it was another, then they never mentioned that we should bring a usb or dvd to record the study, so they didn't deliver anything and since she couldn't operate there we went to another vet and we had to pay for the ultrasound again.
So we only spend in vain.
