r	renata ruano on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Honestamente quede muy decepcionada de este lugar y de las veterinarias. Lleve a mi gato de 3 meses a su primera vacuna, tratan bien a los animales eso es cierto. Al terminar de vacunarlo le pregunté a la doctora si la vacuna podría tener reacciones, ella contestó que si pero me aseguró que solo pasarían durante esa noche, la noche pasó y mi gato tenía un poco de calentura pero estaba bien. Al día siguiente noté que cojeaba de una patita y le marqué a la doctora para que lo atendiera, para lo que sin verlo recomendó una medicina, le cayó bien pero al día siguiente cojeaba aún más para lo que lo llevé, medio tocó su pata y con eso concluyó que se había torcido su patita. Le inyectó algo y me prometió que no iba a estar apagado. A partir de esto la salud de mi gato fue en bajada, estaba triste, dormía todo el día, y cojeaba de la otra pata, yo estaba muy preocupada, le escribí a Ofelia y me dijo que seguramente se estaba lastimando con algo, que lo encerrará .Me dio más medicina pero yo ya no confiaba, hable con otro veterinario y me explicó que por su peso tuvo una mala reacción a la vacuna, le dolían las articulaciones y por eso cojeaba , los analgésicos no ayudaron, solo lo pusieron más nervioso y triste. No fue culpa de Ofelia pero si hizo un mal diagnostico y le dio medicina bastante fuerte sin saber realmente lo que tenía, tampoco se interesó más por la salud de mi gato, no le dio seguimiento. La verdad es que no recomiendo esta veterinaria para cuestiones de salud, tal vez para cosas de estética si. Yo no regresó, mi gato no es el mismo aún, estoy bastante enojada y triste pues tu confías en que van a cuidar a tu mascota y al final no lo hacen. Yo entiendo que todos nos equivocamos y espero en el futuro se preparen más pero por el momento no lleven a sus mascotas y pidan siempre una segunda opinión. The next day I noticed that he was limping on a little leg and I called the doctor to take care of him, for which he recommended a medicine without seeing him, he liked him, but the next day he limped even more for what I took him, he half touched his leg and with that he concluded that his little leg had been twisted. He injected him with something and promised that he would not be off. From this, my cat's health was down, I was sad, I slept all day, and I limped on the other leg, I was very worried, I wrote to Ofelia and she said that surely she was hurting herself with something, that she It will lock up. He gave me more medicine but I was no longer confident, I spoke with another vet and he explained that due to his weight he had a bad reaction to the vaccine, his joints hurt and that was why he limped, the pain relievers didn't help, they only made him more nervous and sad. It was not Ofelia's fault but if she made a misdiagnosis and gave him quite strong medicine without really knowing what he had, he was no longer interested in my cat's health, he did not follow up. The truth is that I do not recommend this vet for health issues, maybe for cosmetic things yes. I did not return, my cat is not the same yet, I am quite angry and sad because you trust that they will take care of your pet and in the end they do not. I understand that we are all wrong and I hope in the future they will prepare more but for the moment do not take their pets and always ask for a second opinion.
