- Pedí una cita para mi mascota al veterinario para el sábado.
- Se respondió que si me la daban a las 3:00PM.
- El día sábado recibo un mensaje que lleva un retraso de 15 minutos lo cual dije está bien no hay problema.
- Recibo un mensaje a las 3:24 que ya había llegado, a lo que respondo que yo ya estaba en la veterinaria. Me pregunta que donde estoy y mando una foto de la veterinaria y la respuesta fue “ay no en Playa del Carmen cerramos a las 2pm y tengo otro paciente con el mismo nombre que tu mascota”.
1.- Independientemente del lugar 24 minutos tarde muy poco profesional, no hay respeto por el tiempo de los demás.
2.- Yo no tengo la culpa si tienes 2 pacientes con el mismo nombre. Las consultas que tuvo mi mascota todas fueron en Playa del Carmen.
3.- La respuesta que diste Claudia y como te lo dije, te molestó tanto y te ofendiste es una VERGÜENZA.
Conclusion: Es tu responsabilidad llegar a tiempo, preguntar a tus clientes si tienes otros pacientes con nombres similares y como te lo dije pero tu ego y arrogancia no te lo permite, no tienes ni idea de cómo tratar con un cliente después de tu cascada de errores. Tip: Se soluciona diciendo “una disculpa me confundí, por tales motivos, podemos agendar otro día?”. Al final este comentario no es para la veterinaria es para que los consumidores sepan que van a tener que tratar con una señora que tiene niveles de soberbia elevados y falta de empatía por sus clientes y sobre todo de sus mascotas. (Tengo todo por escrito)
Ay Claudia no solo eres limitada con el trato al cliente sino mentirosa te reto a que subas nuestra conversación no hubo ni un solo insulto. Pero ya vi que eres mitómana. Tu ego no te deja ver más.
I leave my experience yesterday.
- I made an appointment for my pet to the vet for Saturday.
- It was answered that if they gave it to me at 3:00 PM.
- On Saturday I receive a message that is 15 minutes late, which I said is fine, no problem.

2.- It's not my fault if you have 2 patients with the same name. The consultations that my pet had were all in Playa del Carmen.
3.- The answer you gave Claudia and as I told you, it bothered you so much and you were offended is a SHAME.
Conclusion: It is your responsibility to arrive on time, ask your clients if they have other patients with similar names and as I told you but your ego and arrogance will not allow it, you have no idea how to deal with a client after your cascade of mistakes. Tip: It is solved by saying “sorry, I got confused, for these reasons, can we schedule another day?”. In the end, this comment is not for the veterinarian, it is so that consumers know that they are going to have to deal with a lady who has high levels of arrogance and lacks empathy for her clients and especially her pets. (I have everything in writing)
Oh Claudia, you are not only limited with customer service, but also a liar, I challenge you to upload our conversation, there was not a single insult. But I already saw that you are mythomaniac. Your ego won't let you see anymore.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Claudia and her male veterinarian are the most amazing support team for our French Bulldogs. We recently moved from Canada and she was able to diagnose issues with our dogs that our vet in Canada couldn’t notice or catch. We are forever amazed by the communication and experience our babies receive when visiting. Both vets are the most down to earth, kind and respective people we have met in Mexico. We recommend this clinic to anyone who is searching for a vet for their animals.
We will not trust our dogs with anyone else but Claudia and her assistant vet. Very happy!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This clinic is the best in playa del Carmen and surroundings. Claudia, the Doctor/Vet is the absolute best Vet I have ever encountered in my life (and I met many). She just knows how to treat your beloved four legged babies and trust me, if your pet is having any issue, he or she will already come out of the clinic feeling much better. We had the best experience with her and absolutely LOVE her! Her and her team are just so sweet and caring. Recommend to everyone!
