Mal servicio
Zero professionals when you go with an emergency, first they just come to the dog and make you a possible quote of what they could do, and then they ask you to pay for the consultation just for making that quote.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Llevé a mi perrita a estética, pensé que por ser veterinaria el servicio sería más profesional, es el PEOR CORTE QUE LE HAN HECHO, ni en las estéticas ordinarias le habían hecho esto. Deberían ser mas honestos respecto de los alcances que tiene su personal y las herramientas con las que cuentan, dejaron ami perrita toda tusada ?.
I took my dog to an esthetician, I thought that because she was a veterinarian the service would be more professional, it is the WORST CUT THEY HAVE MADE HER, not even in the ordinary esthetics they had done this to her. They should be more honest about the scope of their staff and the tools they have, they left my dog all crashed ?.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lleve a un cachorrito a que lo revisaran y el veterinario que ya es de la tercera edad, nunca mostró un interés por atender, acudimos otro día a revisión y el cachorrito que llevamos estaba muy nervioso que no se dejaba revisar y le decía la srita asistente que nos atendía, doc no se deja le preguntó tres veces y el sr. De avanzada edad ni nos pelo, les aplaudo a los que le asisten, sin embargo el Sr tache buscaremos otra opción
I took a puppy to be checked and the vet, who is already a senior citizen, never showed an interest in attending, we went another day for a check-up and the puppy we brought was very nervous that he would not allow himself to be checked and the assistant lady told him who attended us, doc is not asked three times and mr. We are not old enough, I applaud those who assist him, however Mr. Tache we will look for another option
