Dejé a mi perro hoy sábado a las 9 am (me dijeron que así podía pasar por el temprano) para que durara lo menos posible encerrado ahí, son casi las 2 pm y aún no lo bañan.
Pésimo servicio no vuelvo
Horrible attention from the receptionist (the young woman) rude and bloody.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Llevamos a nuestro perro desde temprano a las 9 am y eran las 5 de la tarde y aun ni empezaban con el perro, lo tuvieron todo el día en la veterinaria sin hacerle nada . nos lo dieron hasta las 7 pm un corte horrible, sucio de los ojitos, patas y orejas.
We took our dog from early to 9 am and it was 5 in the afternoon and they still did not start with the dog, they had him all day at the vet without doing anything to him. They gave us until 7 pm a horrible, dirty cut of the eyes, legs and ears.
