Además no te dan la lista de medicamentos que les administran a tus mascotas, y eso esta estipulado en los derechos que tiene el cliente con los prestadores de servicio. Y no atienden a tu mascota hasta que les hayas pagado, así la lleves graves. Y por cierto, borraron mi comentario anterior. Además me ofendió la persona que atendía diciéndome que si no iba a tener el cuidado con las mascotas que no tuviera. Le pagué $2,000 eso es tener cuidado. Ellos no tuvieron el cuidado de realizar todo el cobro. Tengan cuidado y pidan costo TOTAL. Además me volvió a marcar la chica para ofenderme y amenazarme con el pago. Por lo que la hago responsable de cualquier daño a mi o hacia mi familia o bienes. Y no dan alguna receta del medicamento que inyectan ni información alguna de qué cual es el padecimiento y cuando regresas a decir que no han tenido mejoría te dicen que no te cobraron lo que tenían que cobrar y como no sabes de que te hablan y no quieres pagar una deuda que no se debe ya no quieren atender ni darte alguna información que les pides para poder llevar a la mascota a otro lado....... No recomendable Very bad service.... J	Julio Zenon Rivero Belmonte on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En días pasados lleve un perro chihuahua que lo había mordido un perro callejero mas grande; al principio nos recibió una asistente y hasta tratamiento y costo estaba dando....en seguida llegó otra asistente y bueno esta me lo pintó tan dramático que hasta carta responsiva por no aceptar su diagnóstico quería que le firmara....en fin; me hice el loco pero también trate de que le hicieran a mi perro lo más elemental (estaba más asustado que nada), y hasta me llegaron a decir que el animal tenía que estar en observación y que serían más de 2000 pesos de la estancia por dia....y bueno. Todo el numerito quedó en 600.....pero si, creo que los dueños deben trabajar en sus cuotas y sus empleados, pues una vez que se acepta el presupuesto....es eso y nada de costos adicionales.
