I hope here they can solve a doubt that the same vet could not or wanted to solve; I am more than angry, disappointed, as it would not be my first time dealing with fake doctors. I usually accompany my mom to take her dog to the vet and it was always here and as I let them know in a private message, I feel that they always took wonderful care, especially Mr. Carlos, who according to the doctor. However, approximately 4 months ago I was surprised that when I accompanied my mother, she no longer took her puppy here, when she questioned me, she said that she knew that the man is not a doctor. I the truth, at that time, I believed only 1% more I did not say anything to my mother because I know that she is a very closed person in any aspect. When I decided not to stay with the doubt and ask, always with the mentality that my mom was wrong and that I return here, some events happened that the only thing that causes me is to believe that what they said to my mom is actually true: 1.- They eliminated my question on their Facebook page, and were never interested in sending me an inbox. 2.- When sending my question by private message (to know Carlos's ID or his full name) they wanted my mother's information to force. 3.- Chusco and sad at the same time, they told me that they do not give IDs by message for fear that this will be misused, when most professionals put their IDs in full view of everyone on their Facebook profile (for example ), I took it as an absurd excuse. 4.- I barely observed this today, they blocked me from their Facebook page, so that I could not comment on them, not see all of their publications, and why not from my rating and point of view in that application, as I give it here . It was what gave me the most suspicion and disappointment. Lastly, please excuse the comprehensiveness of my text, and if someone can give me the full name of Mr. Carlos, or in his case, his professional license would be very grateful and calm. I can even offer an apology and obviously remove this rating. I feel that if you doubt my professional preparation, the most solomonic solution is to show that I am prepared with my professional license, if I do not have it, I would obviously give thousands of turns to the matter.
