★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lleve a mi bebé tres veces en las cuales solo lo médicaban o inyectaban sin revisarlo bien no le tomaban temperatura ni peso solo decian aproximadamente y jamas dieron con lo que tenia mi bebé solo sacaban dinero pésimo, buena atención si pero hacia las personas a mi perrito no le funcionó, ninguna de las 3 veces solo lo inyectaban ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Llevé a mi conejita de emergencia porqué mostraba signos de dolor, la revisaron me dijeron que no tenía nada “que estaba deprimida” al volver a casa todo empeoraba, regresé a la clínica y hasta que sugerí que podría ser intestinal me dijeron que sí, me mandaron q tomar un ultrasonido, que por ser un conejo nadie aceptó realizarla.
Al otro día decidí llevarla al Hospital Veterinario del Valle, donde fue internada de emergencia, ya que la médica le encontró inflamación intestinal y pododermatitis con solo examinarla, diagnóstico que fue confirmado con una radiografía. Mi coneja se quedó internada y lamentablemente murió.
Ya no puedo ni lamentarme, pero bueno creo que deberían ser honestos y decir “no somos expertos en este tipo de mascotas ve a otro lado” esas horas pudieron salvar a mi coneja. Porqué no, mi coneja no tenía depresión ni un mal día; estaba muriendo y no pusieron como actuar.

The next day I decided to take her to the Valle Veterinary Hospital, where she was hospitalized as an emergency, since the doctor found intestinal inflammation and pododermatitis just by examining her, a diagnosis that was confirmed with an X-ray. My rabbit was hospitalized and unfortunately died.
I can't even complain anymore, but well I think they should be honest and say "we are not experts in this type of pets go elsewhere" those hours could save my rabbit. Why not, my rabbit did not have depression or a bad day; I was dying and they did not put how to act.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El doctor salvó a mi perrito a pesar de que lo llevé casi agonizando. A pesar de todos los procedimientos que tuvieron que realizar, jamás se rindió, estuvo con él día y noche, hasta que sanó. Lo mejor de todo es que me cobró lo justo, ni un peso más. En general son un equipo maravilloso. Los recomiendo ampliamente!!
The doctor saved my puppy even though I carried him near death. Despite all the procedures they had to perform, she never gave up, she was with him day and night, until he healed. The best thing of all is that he charged me just enough, not a single peso more. In general they are a wonderful team. I highly recommend them!!
