★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Siempre atienden de la mejor manera y tratan muy bien a las mascotas. El único lugar donde me han querido tratar y hacer estética a mi perrita que ya tiene 16 años.
 They always attend in the best way and treat pets very well. The only place where they have wanted to treat me and do aesthetics to my dog who is already 16 years old.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PÉSIMA ATENCION. Según son veterinarios y se preocupan por el bienestar de los perros y lo único que hacen es sacarte dinero. Lleve a mi perrita por una urgencia y querían que la dejara ahí SOLA para que cuando tuvieran tiempo libre A VER si la atendían. No lleven a sus perros a un lugar que no les interesa el bienestar de ningún animal. Que horror.
AWFUL ATTENTION. As they are veterinarians and they care about the welfare of the dogs and all they do is get money from you. I took my dog for an emergency and they wanted me to leave her there ALONE so that when they had free time to SEE if they would take care of her. Do not take your dogs to a place that does not care about the welfare of any animal. How awful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Si tu mascota tiene alguna emergencia médica busca en otra parte, en esta clínica realmente no podrán ayudar. Ojalá los veterinarios de esta clínica fueran más honestos y ellos mismos lo aceptaran, así no perderías tiempo valioso para la salud de tu mascota.
Nunca me entregaron resultados importantes de estudios pagados y cuando se presentó una emergencia no había veterinarios "disponibles". Hay lugares donde le darán trato digno a tus mascotas, pero no aquí.
If your pet has a medical emergency look elsewhere, this clinic really can't help. I wish the vets at this clinic were more honest and accepted it themselves, so you wouldn't lose valuable time for your pet's health.
I was never given important results of paid studies and when an emergency came up there were no vets "available". There are places where they will treat your pets with dignity, but not here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a very high quality veterinary clinic. We always see Dr Shibayama. He has always been caring and considerate to us and all of our extended family (pets). The facilities are top notch with high resolution, digital xrays and ultra-sound on site. The lower floor is being remodeled but still, the entire facility is kept clean and well maintained.
My only complaint is the very limited and cramped parking.
