A	Anita Korlov on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Llevé a mi perrita porque la tuve un poco mala,a doctora la revisó y hasta ahí todo bien con el trato la atención el inconveniente fue que me dijo de hacerle unos estudios e inicialmente me manejó un precio para determinados estudios finalmente mi perrita necesitaba otros pero en ningún momento me específico el precio y cuando la llevo a qué le tomen la muestra me sale su asistente que al ser el paquete más amplio pues costaba más cosa que no se me dijo en ningún momento y pues no iba preparada para ello, me llevé a la perrita porque no llevaba el dinero y necesitaba más tiempo para juntarlo, total me manda mensaje diciendo que sí me dijo pero tanto como en la conversación ni en la receta había prueba de ello así como tampoco recuerdo que lo haya mencionado y se lo dije que me sacó de onda, no creí que fuera para tanto ni creo haber sido grosera pero ella me dejó de responder y pues no me agradó esa actitud porque la salud de mi perrita estaba en juego así que tuve que buscar otro veterinario, además de que deduzco su asistente debe ser pasante por lo dispersa que fue con la información, comentandolo con mi esposo me dijo que su mamá dejó de llevar a sus perritas porque las atendía su asistente y no les daba la atención correspondiente. S	Sarai Juarez on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima atención hacia los animales Lleve a mi gatito malito de una manita todo bien le dió medicacion (cabe aclarar que nunca le dió para evitar infección) y de diagnóstico era una mordida por otro gato, pasaron 2 semanas y mi gatito empeoró al doble y volví a llevar y me volvió a decir lo mismo que de la mordida pero ni siquiera le rapo la manita para revisar a profundidad, ( ni le recetó para la infección solo le recetó para desinflamar) la última vez que lo lleve ya ni siquiera me atendió ella, me atendió su asistente ? pasaron menos de dos semanas y el gatito volvió a ponerse mal pero esta vez lo lleve con otro veterinario y el diagnóstico es que mi gatito puede perder su manita ya que al parecer tuvo infección desde la primera vez y está doctora jamás le dió para tratarla, en cambió el otro veterinario ( desde el primer día lo reviso y le rapo para ver qué tan grave estaba la herida y le recetó antibiótico) pidió llevarlo hacer una radiografía para ver si la infección había llegado al huesito (y así fue) ahora tendrá que estar mi gatito dos meses en tratamiento para tratar de salvar su patita En conclusión no lleven a sus mascotas no les da la debida atención??
