Sin hablar de sus precios altos y poca disponibilidad.
El trato del veterinario a cargo es nefasto, la persona más grosera y prepotente que podría existir, nos trató como si fuéramos unos idiotas y se reía en nuestras caras haciendo comentarios groseros y altaneros. No puedo creer que existan profesionales de la salud con tan poca empatía y tan poco amor al prójimo y más si es un animal.
Ya es la segunda vez que acudo, la primera vez quede tan desilusionado por su forma grosera de ser pero por una urgencia nos lo recomendaron y regresamos y fue mucho peor incluso que la primera vez.
This place was recommended to me and I can't believe the terrible service they give.
Not to mention its high prices and low availability.
The treatment of the veterinarian in charge is disastrous, the rudest and most arrogant person that could exist, he treated us as if we were idiots and laughed in our faces making rude and haughty comments. I can't believe that there are health professionals with so little empathy and so little love for others and even more so if it is an animal.
It is the second time I have come, the first time I was so disappointed by his rude way of being but due to an emergency they recommended it to us and we returned and it was even worse than the first time.
