However, appointments for lab and appointments with the family doctor are usually very retired and unlike other clinics doctors do not have a computer to view your electronic medical record.

Terrible attention I do not know why there are these types of clinics, today I go with a positive covid test in hand to process a disability and they tell me that the seal and digital signature that my document carries (issued by a recognized government institution) It is not valid that they want the signature and stamp with a pen I suppose, I do not know if there they are unaware that there are already signatures and digital stamps but from what I see they are ignorant, I am not diagnosed and I do not wish anyone to be positive for covid, I have given several turns trying to fix my situation, my hospital is supporting me with what it can, I am dealing with my symptoms and I am supposed to be in isolation.

It is terrible that even with the pandemic, people (especially older adults) have to be trained for 2 or 3 hours to see if they reach a tab and after there are drugs in the pharmacy. They should do something to improve their process. Something online or on the phone but not having them stopped for so long and there are times when they are not even solved.

Too bad of the Institution, I think that all of us who attend this type of clinic is because we have a need for work reasons because we are federal employees, but I see that many older adults go and it is not possible that to get a record you have to train more than two hours ,, they have you in the street with the sun that it is, and the older people give them the same treatment ,,, and finally they come to attend you at 2.30 and if it goes well they give you token and if not then come back later ,, All those people we pay their salaries as well as the dortorcillos that work there and treat you with disgusting ,,, now if you do not have an appointment, you screwed up, they go to the office 7 where the doctor there afternoon shift It takes as long as it wants ,,, and after 7 hours waiting, there is no medicine and you left there and told you, come back tomorrow ,,, where is the change of the 4th transformation ,,, where is it the change in these clinics ,,, is not worth it and if you complain less they will attend you ,,, that there is no u A law that sanctions this type of public servants that removes them from their position for being so unhelpful ,, you feel gods there is no way that bureaucracy .......... and we continue just as badly and I think now it is worse ,,,,,

The physical activation teacher is not lazy, he is a great person, he goes out of his way to teach us how to keep our body healthy with the physical activities that he gladly gives us, thank you teacher

Just a reflection, good attention, good opinions; but there will always be different opinions, the truth is that good care is not always provided, these institutions being of assistance and public servants, should indistinctly provide not good, excellent service ALWAYS, I am also a public servant and I am proud of my work with 22 years of service and so far no complaints, and it is disappointing when you request a service and they don't give you the attention you need (in my case), which I have always provided.
