★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lo peor de este lugar es la pésima atención en recepción y por parte de las enfermeras. He encontrado buenos doctores, y otros no tan buenos, pero hoy sí se pasaron. Llego al lugar y me dicen que NO hay doctor! Que ya se fue la que estaba en turno y "quién sabe a qué hora llegue el siguiente". Cómo te explicas que una clínica se quede sin doctores? Ni para una consulta general. Pésimo pésimo pésimo. Solo porque uno tiene la necesidad, pero no recomendaría a quien busque un trato de calidad.
 The worst thing about this place is the terrible attention at reception and from the nurses. I have found good doctors, and others not so good, but today they did. I arrive at the place and they tell me there is NO doctor! That the one on duty has already left and "who knows what time the next one will arrive." How do you explain that a clinic runs out of doctors? Not for a general query. Lousy lousy lousy. Just because one has the need, but I would not recommend to anyone looking for quality treatment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cuentan con varias especialidades, no atienden a pacientes con covid-19 así que pueden asistir los demás enfermos sin problema. Aunque los médicos son impuntuales tal vez porque son parientes.
They have several specialties, they do not treat patients with covid-19 so other patients can attend without problem. Although the doctors are late perhaps because they are related.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La clínica NO CUENTA con personal calificado para atender emergencias pediátricas, el doctor de guardia no tuvo los conocimientos para identificar una lesión y su diagnóstico fue erróneo, por lo mismo, su recomendación de tratamiento a la lesión ocasionó una pérdida de movilidad en el brazo de mi hija y que tendrá que ser atendida mediante cirugía a futuro, por que obviamente, ya soldó su brazo de manera incorrecta.
The clinic DOES NOT HAVE qualified personnel to attend pediatric emergencies, the doctor on call did not have the knowledge to identify an injury and his diagnosis was wrong, therefore, his recommendation for treatment of the injury caused a loss of mobility in the arm of my daughter and that she will have to be attended by surgery in the future, because obviously, she already welded her arm incorrectly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mal trato lleve a mi primo que estaba alcolizado y el de Jaime casi tuve q rogarle para q lo atendiera y depues q me dieron un cuarto llego una emfermera sra ya grande e Chaparra por q mi primo se quitó el suero pues se sentía súper mal y nos regañó obviamente le dije que era su trabajo y q si mil veces lo tenía q hacer así sería pues es una clínica de paga no del seguro social y ella x de ir a quejarse q éramos muy despotas cuando ella fue la grosera para eso bajo una de las dueñas y nos pidió q nos fuéramos de ahí no sin antes pagar 9 mil pesos por 3 hrs y un suero de verdad es un robo no acudan los drs no están actualizados como cuando estaba el dr Ciro q dieron sus mejores años de esa clínica por favor no acudan ahí

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui por una inyeccion, me comentaron que como estaba con penicilina necesitaba la receta, que por error mio la habia dejado en casa de mi novia. Me dieron una receta nuevamente y me inyectaron, pero para mi sorpresa me cobraron 500 pesos unicamente para decirles que me diagnosticaron con amigdalitis severa y por la inyeccion. Ya habia escuchado que solo es una robadera en ese lugar y no me lo crei hasta que me paso, eviten ese lugar y vayan a cualquier otro lugar ya que por la zona hay muchas otras mejores opciones.
I went for an injection, they told me that since I was on penicillin I needed the prescription, that by mistake I had left it at my girlfriend's house. They gave me a prescription again and they gave me an injection, but to my surprise they charged me 500 pesos just to tell them that I was diagnosed with severe tonsillitis and for the injection. I had already heard that it is only a robbery in that place and I did not believe it until it happened to me, avoid that place and go to any other place since there are many other better options in the area.
