Siempre que he ido me he quedado satisfecho porque se notan que las personas que trabajan ahí tienen experiencia en lo que hacen, lo cual da confianza. El médico que me atendió siempre se portó atento y sobre todo, bien honesto con lo que yo requería para recobrar mi salud. El quirófano es moderno y limpio, tienen protocolos muy específicos de trabajo, sobre todo ahora por la pandemia de coronavirus. Los cuartos no son un hotel de 5 estrellas pero son buenos, cómodos y privados. Tienen una camita individual adicional para que un familiar se quede a atenderte, el baño tiene regadera y, aunque es pequeño es cómodo. La gente de limpieza siempre está haciendo su trabajo. Me gustó mucho. Punto a mejorar: si llamas desde fuera a la clínica nunca contestan. Sus recepcionistas están rebasadas. The operating room is modern and clean, they have very specific work protocols, especially now due to the coronavirus pandemic. The rooms are not a 5 star hotel but they are good, comfortable and private. They have an additional single bed for a family member to stay with you, the bathroom has a shower and, although it is small, it is comfortable. Cleaning people are always doing their job. I loved it. Point to improve: if you call the clinic from outside they never answer. Your receptionists are overwhelmed.

En el parto NO estuvo presente un Pediatra que recibiera el niño, y se tuvo que trasladar al bebe por negligencia médica. Pésimo servicio médico y de las mismas enfermeras. Y desde la recepción no atienden con amabilidad. Terrible service, my relative had a cesarean section there, the Gynecologist Ramos; a person with a lousy character, cutting, if we asked him something he would bother, his consultations of 5 minutes. A Pediatrician who received the child was NOT present at the delivery, and the baby had to be transferred due to medical negligence. Terrible medical service and the same nurses. M	Majo Lima on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, lleve mi control prenatal ahí, la doctora que me lo llevo al principio todo normal pero despues cuando tenía dudas no se dirigía a mi era con mi pareja, y siempre me decía que ella no me daría un parto de 8 horas porque no se iba a desgastar tantas horas para terminar haciendo cesárea, no TIENEN PARTO NI TRATO HUMANIZADO, AL FINAL EMPECE CON SALIDA DE LIQUIDO, FUI A MU CHEQUEO Y ME DIJERON QUE ERA INCONTINENCIA URINARIA, así que decidí irme por la notoria NEGLIGENCIA DE LA CLINICA, UN PESIMO SERVICIO Y TRATO A LA GENTE.

Por otro lado los médicos son atentos, cuenta con los protocolos de seguridad y tiene varias especialidades. Para que comprueben todo, les recomendaría verificar precios y calidad, así se percatarán que si es muy distinto a otros.
