★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Está clínica del Metro es para mí la mejor. Aquí me traté toda mi vida el tiempo que fuí derechohabiente del Metro. Desde luego que tienen alguno que otro problema de burocratismo pero nada que ver con los problemas que tiene por ejemplo el ISSSTE. Siempre hay dónde te estaciones. Otro aspecto en su contra es que no hay dónde pases a desayunar, por todo lo demás está muy bien.
This Metro clinic is the best for me. Here I was treated all my life the time I was a sub-citizen of the Metro. Of course they have the odd problem of bureaucratism but nothing to do with the problems that the ISSSTE has, for example. There is always where you station. Another aspect against it is that there is nowhere to go to breakfast, for everything else it is very good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Las personas que me atendieron en la ventanilla fueron amables en general, pero el doctor que me atendió no quiso mandarme con un especialista para mi problema aunque se lo pedí directamente. No tenían mis medicamentos y me hicieron esperar fácil 20 minutos antes de decirme que no los tenían. La enfermera que me tomó signos vitales fue muy grosera y en general el servicio fue muy malo. No hay diferencia de una clínica del seguro (y tiene sentido porque está relacionada con el ISSSTE). No recomiendo que vayan a perder su tiempo.
The people who attended me at the window were generally friendly, but the doctor who attended me did not want to send me to a specialist for my problem even though I asked him directly. They didn't have my meds and they made me wait an easy 20 minutes before telling me they didn't have them. The nurse who took my vital signs was very rude and in general the service was very bad. There is no difference from an insurance clinic (and it makes sense because it is related to the ISSSTE). I do not recommend that you waste your time.
