El problema es que debido a la pandemia, no te dan cita si quieres que te atienda un doctor, sino que te dicen de que hora a qué hora está el doctor y tienes que presentarte a la clínica para que te asignen tu turno. Las medidas sanitarias son muy buenas. As for the medical service, excellent. Ingresé por picadura de alacrán, me pusieron el suero que nunca bajó en 4hrs, NUNCA fueron a preguntar cómo me sentía en todo ese transcurso de tiempo, se llamó a la enfermera porque nunca bajó el suero y vino de mala gana. Cobraron 400 pesos por "atención médica " y nunca conocí al médico, otros 1400 por la clínica y no te retiraban el suero hasta que pagaras, se pidió una factura donde desglozaran lo que me pusieron o por qué tan alto el costo y se negaron a hacerlo. Si pueden, es preferente que vayan a la Cruz roja u otro hospital porque en esa clínica, te cobran por respirar. Tuve un mal servicio por parte de laboratorio, pasaron las 2:00 pm y acudí a realizar análisis clínicos. No se me informó del todo los precios, al consultar los precios o dar el total estos son realmente excesivos cuestan el doble o triple de lo que normalmente cuestan por ser una "urgencia", al final decidí realizar el paquete o análisis más sencillo es decir cancelé tipos de estudios, a lo cual no acataron y duplicaron la cantidad estimada a pesar de que se habían dejado pagados. Sale mejor ya ni recoger los estudios más de mil pesos por una biometría hematica y reacciones febriles, te dan un recibo a mano ni siquiera muestran una tabla o rango de precios para ni arriesgarse a realizarlos en el lugar!
