★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aquí tuve a mi bebé y me atendieron super amables, muy serviciales, pedí un cuarto y estaba muy bien, no tuve que moverme ni antes ni después del parto, las instalaciones muy limpias, la comida estaba buenísima, los enfermeros fueron de inmediato cuando los necesitaba, y siempre estuvieron muy al pendiente de todo.
Here I had my baby and they treated me super kind, very helpful, I asked for a room and it was very good, I did not have to move before or after the delivery, the facilities were very clean, the food was very good, the nurses were immediately when the needed, and they were always very aware of everything.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ honestamente dejan mucho que desear , no tienen nada de ética ni tampoco profesionalismo, te cambian las citas , te operan 3 horas o más después de la cita , en las citas para revisión después de la cirugía tampoco respetan tu tiempo , entonces a mi ver eso no es nada profesional, lastima porque el Dr mis respetos es un excelente cirujano, excelente trabajo , mi queja es por lo poco profesionales k son.
they honestly leave a lot to be desired, they don't have any ethics or professionalism, they change your appointments, they operate on you 3 hours or more after the appointment, in appointments for review after surgery they don't respect your time either, so I see that It is not professional at all, it hurts because Dr, my respects, is an excellent surgeon, excellent work, my complaint is because of how unprofessional they are.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sin conocer Nogales vine a dar con el pediatra German. Mi hijo tenia paperas.despues de llevarlo USA donde no le dieron importancia menos medicinas. EL doc german nos resolvio.
Without knowing Nogales I came to find the German pediatrician. My son had mumps. After taking him to the USA where they did not give importance to fewer medicines. The german doc solved us.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lleve a mi nino porque tenia toz seca, fiebre y mal estar en la garganta. Realmente no sabiamos que tenia. Lo lleve al pediatra en EEUU varias veces y nos despedian porque no era COVID y solamente me aconsejaban que diera MOTRIN / TYLENOL. Con toda la frustracion del mundo evitaba llevarlo a los pediatras / sala de emergencias en EEUU porque siempre me decian lo mismo. Especialmente porque mi hijo no tiene seguro medico en EEUU.
Decidi traerlo a la Clinica Hospital Kalitea con el pediatra Dr. German Encinas, que fue recomendado por parte de mi mama. Fue facil de hacer la cita, el Doctor fue muy atento con mi hijo y le dio la atencion que necesitaba. Mi hijo estaba muy malo de los bronquios pulmonares y tenia tres dias sin poder comer. Tuvimos varias visitas para inyecciones en los dias siguientes, y todas las visitas fueron facil y rapidas con las enfermeras. La ultima cita fue para ver el progreso de mi hijo, el Doctor Encinas fue muy honesto y atento durante todo el tiempo. Muy buen servicio. Gracias Doctor!!
I took my child because he had a dry cough, fever and a sore throat. We really didn't know what he had. I took him to the pediatrician in the US several times and they fired us because it was not COVID and they only advised me to give MOTRIN / TYLENOL. With all the frustration in the world I avoided taking him to the pediatricians / emergency room in the US because they always told me the same thing. Especially since my son does not have health insurance in the US.
I decided to bring him to the Kalitea Hospital Clinic with the pediatrician Dr. German Encinas, who was recommended by my mom. It was easy to make the appointment, the Doctor was very attentive to my son and gave him the attention he needed. My son was very ill in the pulmonary bronchi and had been three days without being able to eat. We had several injection visits over the next few days, and all visits were smooth and quick with the nurses. The last appointment was to see the progress of my son, Dr. Encinas was very honest and attentive during all the time. Very good service. Thank you Doctor!!
