★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En el área de vigencias, hay un señor que atiende y no me quiso dar su nombre, es muy déspota y atiende mal a la gente, hiba a realizar mi actualización de cartilla pero el señor pide más documentación de la estipulada por IMSS argumentando que es lo que se requiere. Yo llevaba los 6 documentos que se piden y el me dice que es necesario un código qr? Pésimo servicio el del servidor. A de ser el dueño para imponer sus reglas

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima atención por parte de esta servidora pública déspota mal encarada para lo único que están y no hacen su trabajo y aparte el imss los respalda.
Por renovación de carnet si tienes ine vencida por pandemia o por lo que sea no te dan la renovación sino es del 2022 la ine ..pero aquí la cuestión es la atención fue pésima de esta señora que no quiso proporcionar su nombre y todavía dice si quieres tómale foto al trámite de forma sarcástica .

Personal de cara.
Medicos ogetes.
Luego la farmacia no tienen los medicamentos y te harán regresar, incluso las fechas qué te dan de probable para que lo tengan no es confiable el dato.
Me toco ver a una señora de la tercera edad qué llevaba varias veces que iba por el medicamento y seguían sin tenerlo, además de que no vivía cerca, en fin son despreciables

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima atención la asistente del consultorio 3 es una señora poco capacitada, mal encarada y grosera. Las doctoras igual, y te dicen que si son de base no pueden hacerles nada. Existe algún lugar donde se pueda reportar realmente a estas personas, ya que el servicio que nos brindan no es gratis.
