Terrible service just for the doctor who sent us to do them specifically in that very expensive laboratory and also people who do not know how to give the information about what was asked well

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Así es, el personal del call Center da una información y ya en el laboratorio directamente dan otra totalmente diferente. No respetan las citas y sobre todo los estudios carísimos. Tache para este laboratorio.
That's right, the call center staff gives information and in the laboratory they directly give another totally different one. They do not respect appointments and especially expensive studies. Cross out for this lab.

Lo peor es que unas pruebas me las harían hasta coacalco !!
Sugiero realicen estudios de mercado para evaluar sus precios y nos les pase esto, estoy a favor de apoyar la economía prefiriendo cadenas o laboratorios pequeños, pero se me hace demasiada diferencia.

Llegue a realizarmelos y me dieron un costo mayor al comentarle el costo de call center a la recepcionista según entro a revisar y el precio disminuyo. Al final del día me cobraron lo que quisieron y los resultados no los tenían el día que indicaron aún cuando confirme un día antes por teléfono.
Terrible service, I asked for the quote via the call center and they gave me a cost. I got to make them and they gave me a higher cost by commenting on the cost of the call center to the receptionist as I went in to review and the price decreased. At the end of the day they charged me what they wanted and the results were not available on the day they indicated even when I confirmed a day before by phone.
