★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Decidí acudir a este laboratorio por las referencias que tiene, pero este sábado que fui a solicitar un servicio el doctor de ultrasonido DR. JUAN M. PINTO se molesto y me levanto la voz de manera muy déspota y solo le comenté que seguía mi turno ya tenía más de una hora preparada para el estudio, anterior a mi ya había tres personas,:la primera era una sra que ya había solicitado cita y no respetaron su lugar entonces que caso tiene sacar cita,pasaron a otra y ya requería pasar al ultrasonido pues no la pasaron según que hasta que le llamaran, la razón real es que el doctor no había LLEGADO. Llegó tarde.
Cuando pase al ver su molestia del doctor y la manera en que me grito le comenté que no tenía por qué ponerse así y sólo en voz muy fuerte y muy enojado me dijo al fondo y ya me realiazo dos estudios que requería, no reviso y ni demoro casi nada.
Hoy al revisar mi reporte esta mal redactado, una de las ecografias impresas no tenían los datos, tiene faltas de ortografía, no tiene número de cédula del doctor, sello del laboratorio y lo PEOR QUE SI ME ES MAS MOLESTO, ES QUE EN LOS DATOS DE MEDIDAS COLOCO 326 EN VEZ DE 26...NADA QUE Ver con el dato real de 26... Yo me pregunto donde esta la fidelidad o veracidad de su trabajo. Uno acude a solicitar un servicio de salud puesto uno no es Doctor verdad, y pagamos por un servicio de calidad y sobre todo que sea real. SI DE ESTE DEPENDIERA UNA DESICION IMPORTANTE PARÁ MÍ SALUD, ME REPERCUTIRÁ GRAVEMENTE, con la salud no debe haber ERRORES.... por un error grande de datos o que no son REALES hasta donde pueden afectar la salud de una persona.
Por qué no hacen Conciencia que somos seres humanos y aún así cualquier ser vivo merece un trato digno y con ética.
Procederé ante la instancia correspondiente, pues uno está pagando por un servicio y no cumple con lo requerido para brindarlo, su falta de Ética, compromiso y de VERACIDAD con la salud donde esta!, por gentes como ellos nuestros sistemas de Salud son muy carentes y pesimos.
Definitivamente no lo recomiendo.

I'm late.
When I passed by seeing his annoyance at the doctor and the way he yelled at me, I told him that he didn't have to be like that and only in a very loud and very angry voice he told me in the background and he already did two tests that he required, I don't review and I don't even It takes almost nothing.
Today when reviewing my report it is poorly written, one of the printed ultrasounds did not have the data, it has misspellings, it does not have the doctor's ID number, the seal of the laboratory and the WORST THING THAT IF IT IS MOST ANNOYING TO ME, IS THAT IN THE DATA OF MEASURES I PLACE 326 INSTEAD OF 26... NOTHING TO DO WITH THE REAL DATA OF 26... I wonder where is the fidelity or veracity of his work. One goes to request a health service since one is not a true Doctor, and we pay for a quality service and above all that it is real. IF AN IMPORTANT DECISION FOR MY HEALTH DEPENDS ON THIS, IT WILL HAVE A SERIOUS IMPACT, with health there should be no ERRORS... due to a large data error or that they are not REAL to the extent that they can affect a person's health.
Why don't they raise awareness that we are human beings and yet any living being deserves a dignified and ethical treatment.
I will proceed before the corresponding instance, because one is paying for a service and does not comply with what is required to provide it, its lack of Ethics, commitment and TRUTH with health where it is!, because of people like them our Health systems are very lacking and we are sorry
I definitely do not recommend it.
