Marcas un día antes para validar si tienen el estudio que necesitas, te indican que SI, información y costo. Y al día siguiente vas muy temprano, te cobran el estudio, te dan tu ticket, te toman datos, y a los 10 minutos te cancelan porque NO tienen el estudio. Te hacen devolución de dinero. Muy mal que no respeten el tiempo del cliente, haciendo perder el tiempo de las personas.

Treatment: good. Bad organization.
You mark a day before to validate if they have the study you need, they tell you YES, information and cost. And the next day you go very early, they charge you for the study, they give you your ticket, they take your data, and after 10 minutes they cancel you because they DO NOT have the study. They give you money back. Too bad they don't respect the client's time, wasting people's time.
