Me atendieron en la Sucursal de la Col. Roma, pero es lo. mismo porque alternan al Personal

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Agendé cita a las 10 a.m. y la clínica entera está cerrada, no hay ni si quiera alguien en recepción, lugar cerrado completamente. He esperado por más de 25 minutos. Llamé al teléfono que está aquí y no es de la sucursal, le pedí a la chica que me contestó si me podía dar el contacto de la dra. Noemí para hablarle directamente y saber si llega o no pero me dijo que no me lo puede compartir. Doy dos estrellas nada más porque el chico que me atendió, Efraín cuando llamé para hacer cita fue muy amable y me explicó muy bien. El problema de que me atiendan cuando llegan tarde es que me van a atender con prisas porque se les atrasan sus demás citas y no será un trabajo de calidad y cuidado como debe atenderse un tema de salud.
El consultorio no tiene baño, tienes que salir al baño de la plaza o ir al de Sanborns y la tarja de limpieza de la cama de trabajo del dentista no estaba limpia, tenía residuos de otros pacientes.

I give two stars just because the guy who attended me, Efraín, when I called to make an appointment, was very kind and explained to me very well. The problem with being seen when they arrive late is that they are going to see me in a hurry because their other appointments are late and it will not be quality work and care as a health issue should be attended to.
The office does not have a bathroom, you have to go to the bathroom in the plaza or go to the one in Sanborns and the cleaning tray of the dentist's work bed was not clean, it had residues from other patients.
