★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La atención es muy amable y las instalaciones son muy buenas, pero primero tuve problemas al inicio de mi ortodoncia pq me vendieron brakets estéticos de zafiro y me instalaron cerámicos. En un comienzo ofrecieron cambiarmelos pero la ortodoncista me justifico el cambio de brakets por que eran más óptimos según las necesidades de mi tratamiento (nunca tuve una evaluación previa con ella y solos supe que los cerámicos era la mejor opción una vez que me los instalaron y que me di cuenta que no eran los de zafiro ..) cuando insistí que quería el cambio, me dijeron que ya tenia que esperar que no había stock de brakets de zafiro y que ellos me iban a avisar, ante esa respuesta decidí que ya era mejor dejarlo y deje de insistir. Un nuevo dolor de cabeza surgió cuando les pedí mi historia clínica por que me mude de país y necesitaba seguir mi tratamiento. Resulta que casi es abril, siguen dándome excusas, no me mandan el resumen de mi historia, me urge continuar mi tratamiento y no tengo soluciones por parte de la clínica
The attention is very friendly and the facilities are very good, but first I had problems at the beginning of my orthodontics because they sold me aesthetic sapphire braces and they installed ceramic. At the beginning they offered to change them but the orthodontist justified the change of braces because they were more optimal according to the needs of my treatment (I never had a previous evaluation with her and I alone knew that ceramic was the best option once they were installed and I realized that they were not the sapphire ones ...) when I insisted that I wanted the change, they told me that I had to wait that there was no stock of sapphire brackets and that they were going to let me know. better leave it and stop insisting. A new headache arose when I asked for my medical history because I moved to another country and needed to continue my treatment. It turns out that it is almost April, they keep giving me excuses, they do not send me the summary of my history, it is urgent for me to continue my treatment and I have no solutions from the clinic

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, te tardan hasta 3 horas en pasarte y si tú llegas tarde se enojan y te hacen esperar a propósito. Extremadamente caro para el pésimo servicio que dan, no me pudieron poner una resina bien, tuve 3 intentos malísimo el que me atendió.
Me quitaron dientes que no eran necesarios con tal de sacarme dinero. Muy desagradable jamás regresaría y por supuesto que nunca lo recomendaría
