★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible experiencia en este lugar, llevé a mi perrita a principios de noviembre porque ya le habían practicado una mal primer cirugía de esterilización y una segunda dónde no le habían dado los cuidados postoperatorios adecuados lo cual ya le había generado una infección significativa, y aquí es cuando comenzaron a atenderla le dieron terapia de líquidos dónde estuvo internada a su cuidado 2 noches, dónde ella se veía recuperada y decidieron darla de alta solo basándose en su estado anímico sin hacerle nuevamente estudios posteriores cuando se les preguntó que si eran necesarios para confirmar que ella ya se encontraba bien, simplemente no se los hicieron porque no quisieron, nos la regresaron con tx en casa durante doce días, nunca la vimos totalmente bien ella tenía temblores y su estado era muy inestable, lo cual se les preguntaba que que podía ser y siempre decían que ella estaba bien, y con sus respuestas evasivas minimizando lo que pudiera estar pasándole, dos días después que se terminó el tx de sus medicamentos ella empeoró significativamente y se les preguntó que que pasaba ya de una manera desesperada y solo respondieron con una falta de ética justificandose que ellos ya la habían dado de alta que ya lo checaramos con otro doctor, que nos recomendaron pero que parecía que solo adivinaba que era lo que tenía y decía que tambien estaba bien. Pasó pésimas noches le mandamos videos de como no dejaba de temblar y simplemente no le tomaron importancia hasta que una madrugada tuvimos que llevarla de emergencia a un hospital 24hrs y enseguida tuvo que ser hospitalizada le realizaron estudios en ese momento y ya presentaba un cuadro de peritonitis y afectación renal de lo que ya no pudo recuperarse y lamentablemente falleció.
Se les envíaron los estudios clínicos que le hicieron en éste último hospital para demostrarles que no la dieron de alta en buen estado cuando lo hicieron y simplemente se justifican diciendo que sí que la dejaron bien. Y ahora resulta que amenazan con proceder legalmente contra mi supuestamente por acoso, solo por enviarles evidencias de su negligencia.
Terrible experience in this place, I took my dog at the beginning of November because they had already undergone a bad first sterilization surgery and a second where they had not given her adequate postoperative care which had already generated a significant infection, and here it is When they began to care for her, they gave her fluid therapy where she was admitted to their care for 2 nights, where she looked recovered and they decided to discharge her only based on her mood without doing further studies when they were asked if they were necessary to confirm that She was already well, they simply did not do it because they did not want to, they returned her to us with tx at home for twelve days, we never saw her totally well she had tremors and her condition was very unstable, which was asked what could be and they always said that she was fine, and with their evasive responses minimizing what might be happening to her, two days after she was and she finished the tx of her medications she worsened significantly and they were asked what was already happening in a desperate way and they only responded with a lack of ethics justifying that they had already discharged her that we already checked it with another doctor, who recommended us but it seemed like he was just guessing what he had and saying that it was fine too. She spent terrible nights, we sent her videos of how she did not stop shaking and they simply did not care until one morning we had to take her to an emergency hospital 24 hours a day and then she had to be hospitalized, they conducted studies at that time and she already presented a picture of peritonitis and kidney involvement from which he could no longer recover and unfortunately passed away.
The clinical studies that they did in this last hospital were sent to them to show them that they did not discharge her in good condition when they did and they simply justify themselves saying that they did leave her well. And now it turns out that they are threatening to take legal action against me for allegedly harassment, just for sending them evidence of their negligence.
