The experience was not good at all, due to the fact that they carry out the work for the children without prior notice of costs and without the supervision of the adult accompanying the minor, in addition to the lack of empathy and lack of education of the pediatric dentist. In effect, they are only interested in and they need the money because they steal you in plain sight; This leaves a lot to say about the image and professionalism of the clinic.

It did not go well for us, we went for an emergency appointment with my nephew and the owner did not review it, who reviewed it made a diagnosis and did NOT mention that if he was not treated immediately on the previous diagnosis he will no longer be could do anything. I wanted to give him an appointment for two days later if he accepted because the person who attended was very insistent. She assured that the treatment would last 6 months with revisions every two weeks. We were not satisfied and a subsequent pediatric dentist in another assessment said that this was only for 15 days, even laughed and said, "You can't take that long the treatment, they just wanted to get the money out of you" and that also had to be done in the moment, even by the time she was making the date two days later, nothing could be done. If the owner is not there, they should not pay attention, that only discredits the place, we take it for being a recommended place that also always has patients.

They put 2 covers on my daughter, by the way very expensive, one of them honestly did work, the second got infected, we requested that they review it and they will put it on again, in case it had food residues, but they did not want to, they only gave her antibiotic, to later give her an appointment and analyze her, in the first they never called us to schedule her revision, in the second I am paying elsewhere to have it removed because abscesses were coming out from time to time, from a job that according to had a guarantee and never made it valid.

Terrible service, they say that the guarantee is respected and when they do a terrible job they tell you that it was not because of that and they do not respect it ? I work very expensive for the service, my daughter had an injury, I mentioned it to her and they only mentioned making an appointment and they never rescheduled me for their guarantee dial ? ... very nice on the outside but the service that is what interests horrible -1
