Dr. Gonzalez was very through and kindly explained my diagnosis and treatment in English. She also gave me her personal phone number and encouraged me to be in contact in case my meds don’t do the trick. I would go back in a heartbeat. Thanks Dr. Gonzalez!

Dr Romero went above and beyond to ensure my recovery and that I was well enough to get my flight home and I can't thank him enough - he was incredibly kind, patient and thorough in his care. I felt that his analysis was thorough as well. It also helps that he speaks English so If you’re a foreigner in need of medial help, he’s your go to! Just write via the WhatsApp and you’ll get your appointment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My daughter was isolating in Mexico City after a positive antigen test the day of return travel to the US. I made an appointment with Clinimed Group online for a remote doctor visit and obtain a declaration of recovery, so she could travel. Isaac was in constant communication with me as we organized the remote appointment and Dr Romero completed the necessary documentation. We were able to travel the next day thanks to the great service! As a foreign visitor to Mexico City, I highly recommend making an online appt with Clinimed if you need services of a doctor - so easy!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Romero and his staff are wonderful! My son had a terribly infected toe that was causing him to limp. It turned out to be an ingrown toenail. Dr. Romero drained the toe and removed the ingrown part. He prescribed antibiotics and a cream. My son was up and walking in no time flat! All afternoon he has been commenting on how much better he feels. Thank you so much Dr. Romero - you really saved the day!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Paulina is AMAZING! My husband and I were visiting Mexico City from the U.S. and my husband got sick. Unfortunately we do not speak Spanish so we were worried how the visit to a doctor was going to go. I found the clinic on google search and it was very easy to make an appointment. When we showed up, we were greeted by a super friendly staff and were seen immediately. Dr. Paulina examined my husband thoroughly, took her time to answer all our questions (fluent in English) and prescribed his medicines! She also offered for us to come in for a follow up / check in to see his progress for free!! She was so patient and caring! I highly recommend this clinic! Thank you so much, Dr. Paulina!
