Upon arrival we were immediately told that we could not enter without a reservation. It was 3pm on a Tuesday and ALL the tables appeared to be empty except for one. We explained that we were only wanting to have a couple of drinks and a snack, but were yelled at by the man behind the bar that it was impossible! No explanation whatsoever or offer to try to accommodate us at a later date! Extremely rude customer service and not worth the humiliation and hassle!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE.

To drink we tried the Mint Lemonade and Hibiscus Ice Tea. For lunch, we ordered the Roasted Vegetable Panini and Shrimp Ceviche with a side of fries. The ceviche was recommended by the server and he did not lead me astray. This was the best ceviche I’ve ever had, and I’ve tried many! Would love to go back to spend the day at the beach club.

The food is not always perfect (sometimesthe fish or risotto is not cooked correctly), but the servers take excellent care of you, and if you don't like something, they take it away and bring you what you want. The hamburger is fantastic and the pavlova is so delightful.
